Our guest this week is Brad Pickel, Executive Director of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway Association. Brad will be filling us on on the Association's Annual Meeting, recently held in Charleston, SC, as well as updating us on issues surrounding the Waterway.

This week our Guest Hosts are Richard and Carol Nick, Harbor Hosts for cape May, NJ.

Tom Hale, Cruising Editor for Waterway Guides, will be picking up where he left off last week on his narrative about the great Chesapeake Bay. Tom will relate his favorite stops, cruising tips and everything you might want to know about this wonderful waterway.

Chuck Baier and Susan Landry will join us to talk about their three "Great Book of Anchorages" with a special focus on the newest one, "The Great Book of Anchorages--The Chesapeake Bay".

This coming Friday, November 9, 2012, we will have an open discussion among the AGLCA Team, Larry Grafas of Hoffman Marina in Brielle, NJ, and Mark Allen from South Jersey Marina in Cape May, NJ. Joe Apicella, who is currently on the waterway cruising south from Maryland, will try to join us, too. Don't forget to tune in at 10:00 Eastern Time on Friday morning.

We will be giving an update on the effects of Super Storm Sandy on the New Jersey Intracoastal Waterway and the status of many of the marinas in the area. The information will be offered by Waterway Guide News Editor, Michael Ahart. Listen on Friday, February 22, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Our guest host this week is Brad Pickel, Executive Director of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway Association. We will be discussing: Initial Development of the AIW, Current Status, Statistics on Pleasure and Commercial Craft Usage, Involvement of the Army Corps of Engineers, Status of Funding, Upcoming Projects, The Annual Conference.

Tom Hale will be joining us to talk about places to go, things to see, and cruising information for the Cheapeake Bay and surrounding area. Since many of our members are already in this area or headed that way, this is a very timely topic for discussion. Don't forget you can call in with any questions on this topic!

John Desocio, Dockmaster of Waterside Marina will be our guest host. He will be sharing information on all of the best places to visit, eat, shop and relax, in Norfolk, Va. Norfolk is the site of the 2014 AGLCA Spring Rendezvous & Reunion.

Our Guest Host will be Tom Hale, Editor of Waterway Guides, and the topic will be cruising the Chesapeake - anchorages, marinas and sites to see.

This is a continuation of last week's discussion with Tom Hale of Waterway Guides. We will talk more about the Chesapeake area, where to go, cruising information, marinas, etc.
