Salty Lady is a rare twin engine 1990 Hans Christian Independence 45- hull #15 of just 16 built. The classic design was continued and brought to Cherubini builders in NJ. This semi- custom pilot house yacht offers an excellent layout with expansive full beam (14.5) salon with U-shape settee, custom dining table and additional seating that is all open and single level, to a fully equipped galley, built-in washer/dryer and an additional freezer unit. The enclosed separate pilot house provides an upgraded helm with newer navigation systems and great visibility. This vessel boasts a Captain’s stateroom at bow with centerline Queen birth with 2 lockers, built-ins and en suite Head with shower. Twin birth guest stateroom and 2nd head are mid ship. The quality of the interior is finely finished with rich teak wood throughout, teak and holly sole with an abundance of storage and space. Outside spaces include an aft deck and an upper deck outfitted with electric tender davit, tender and rack, storage boxes and a fold down radar mast for lower clearance. This area and the full raised hull area are surrounded by heavy stainless-steel railings and easily accessible from either starboard or port. She cruises about 8 knots and with a semi-displacement beam with hard chines reduces rolls for a more comfortable ride. Salty Lady is built for exceptional cruising comfort, safety, range, dependability and its striking exterior design is more than impressive.
