60' slip for sale in Baltimore Harbor

We are selling our 60' x 20' slip at Anchorage Marina in Canton, MD, in the Baltimore harbor across from Ft McHenry. The marina features new floating docks with full-length floating finger piers on both sides. The following listed fees are quarterly; a discount is offered for annual payments. The co-op fees are $1,035, liveaboard fees are $150 and the assessment is $391. The power is metered. This marina is member-owned and within walking distance of multiple local restaurants and markets, West Marine, and a fully stocked Safeway, among many other local features and attractions. Anchorage Marina is along the Inner Harbor promenade; the entire harbor is accessible via this wide walkway. The slip is B42 and can be viewed on the marina's website (link below). The marina is an active place with a comfortable captains lounge, new pool, regular live music and cookouts, free Saturday breakfasts, game nights, etc.

The slip can be rented out when not in use by the owner.
