Summer Cottage is a 1985 49' Gulfstar sundeck motoryacht. She offers twin Cummins 480 HP main engines, Onan 21.5 kW generator, 2,000-watt inverter, large, enclosed sundeck and a 3 stateroom 3 head layout. Each head has an enclosed shower, so no wet heads. Summer Cottage is Great Loop capable.

From the aftdeck, you enter the sundeck via double teak & glass doors. Once inside the enclosed sundeck, you can walk out either side deck via wing doors, step up 3 steps to the flybridge or step down into the galley and dinette. You will find the galley to port and the dinette to starboard. Walk forward and step down into the laundry room, engine room entrance or the guest stateroom forward. Back in the galley-dinette, walk aft and step down the companionway to find a guest stateroom to port, guest head to starboard and the full-beam master stateroom aft. The large engine room is accessed via a door in the laundry room.

The headroom on the flybridge is 6'6", 6'3" in the sundeck, 6'7" in the galley-dinette, 6'3" in the laundry room, 6'4" in the forward guest stateroom, 6' in the forward guest stateroom shower, 4'9" in the engine room, 6'7" in the port guest stateroom, 6'1" in the port guest stateroom shower and 6'5" in the master stateroom and master stateroom shower. The master stateroom berth is 7' long, the port guest stateroom berth is 6'6" long and the forward guest stateroom berth is 6'5" long.
The height from the waterline to the top of the flybridge hardtop is 16'8".
